Background:
Founded in 1983 and with a network of over 22 clinics throughout the UK and Ireland, The Harley Medical Group has established itself as a leader in the field of cosmetic surgery and non-surgical solutions, solutions which take an holistic approach to excellent skin care rejuvenation and maintenance.
1960creative worked closely with The Group’s marketing department to plan a customer retention and cross-selling campaign.
Brief:
To plan and execute a customer retention campaign to meet agreed metrics in terms of responses, subscriptions and sales.
Solution:
One part of the resulting campaign was to build and deliver a monthly e-newsletter and targeted email campaigns.
